My laptop’s acting up! It makes a ticking sound then freezes up on me. It’s really annoying. So I call Dell (Canada) and guess what??? They wouldn’t help me! Unbelievable!!!!

CP (customer support) dude tells me to wait till I get back to the States to call them? So I tell him I’m here for good! Then he tells me to call the customer support line in the morning to have my service tag transferred. In the mean time my laptop can just die!

It’s almost two years old so maybe it’s time to get a new one before it turns into some international tug of war!

It’s been a very frustrating evening.
